WIFE KILLED DURING HUSBANDS EXTRA MARITAL AFFAIR

Shyamlal's 18 year old wife named Laadevi Sharma was the only child. Shyamlal used to work in Bhilware where he had an extra marital affair with another girl. When Laadevi learnt about this, she started questioning him. from that day itself he decided to eliminate her from his life. Due to this reason, there used to be daily quarrels in their family. Eventually, Laadevi's father also learnt about and tried to convince Shyamlal. Shyamlal never liked to discuss about this and hence he planned to kill Laadevi. Their bathroom was nearby and it contained a big blue color 20 litre water drum. When Laadevi when to have bath, he choked her mouth, held her legs and threw her in the drum upside down. There was no one in the house that time. When he was sure that she was dead, he locked the house from inside, climbed up the wall and escaped from the house, so that police will think that she was alone in the house and her death was a mere accident. He hatched this clever plan to fool the police.
When her mom in law arrived in the evening, she did not see Laad in the house and started enquiring about her to the neighbours. When Shyamlal arrived in the house, he was pretty scared and enquired to his mom about Laad. When Laadevi's in laws learnt about her death, they also informed her father who was in the nearby village. when questions were raised about her death, Shyamlal strongly stated that none of his family members were involved in this accident.
Even 25 days after the incident when no enquiry was done on her death and police was trying to close the case, Laadevis father came to our organisation and informed us about this incident. When we enquired with the police, they had labelled this incident as a mere accident and categorised this case as ordinary. Even when we presented the proofs, police was not ready to label this as a murder because Shyamlal had bribed them all. Only when men and women led by our organisation requested the police and protested for about 3 days, then they filed the case for murder and arrested the accused.
